For most people (you number crunchers are excluded most likely), the  initial idea of owning a piece of property in Chelan is rooted in past memories or the anticipation of those yet to be lived in the years ahead.

Sometimes it’s both.

The opportunity to relive fun times and create new memories in our own homes…..in Lake Chelan

One of the most fun things about beginning to think about a second home is day-dreaming about how you’ll use the space, how will you decorate it, what features and amenities must it have and what can you sacrifice and add in later?

Trust me…day dreaming is under-rated!

The Heart of the Home

Great Kitchens (not necessarily BIG) are the heart of the home. And even in the Summer, you know people are gathering here to make snacks, cocktails and meals to move outside. A bright Kitchen with practical storage and lots of seating is a must for me.

And it the Kitchen has a lake view double bonus!
