Highest priced listing sold: $1,022,500 Furnished home on Wapato Point built in 1990. On the market 269 days this property was listed for 1,095,000 and sold for 93.38% of list price.
Lowest priced listing sold: $119,000 A manufactured home within walking distance of town. This property was on the market for 26 days and sold for 94.96% of list price.
Smallest Home Sold: The cozy nod goes to a 2 Bedroom at NorthShore Condos with 970 square feet. This unit was listed for $299,000 and sold for $295,000. This complex enjoys all the community waterfront amenities Chelan Hills affords.
Largest Home Sold: The largest home sold in January was also the most expensive listing (see above). This home was 3864 square feet.

Average Days on Market: 79
Median Price: $505,000
36% of homes sold in 30 days
18% sold with a market time of 120+ days.
And lastly, for everyone thinking they’re going to get a smoking deal….
